Tax Bill Information



North Penn School District property tax bills will be mailed by July 1, 2025 for the fiscal year July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026.

Every property owner or their authorized agent receives a tax bill.
If serviced by a mortgage company, foward bill to them immediately.

CREDIT CARDS NOT ACCEPTED

TAXES PAID AFTER DECEMBER 15 MUST BE IN THE FORM OF A CASHIER'S CHECK OR MONEY ORDER.

TAXES UNPAID BY DECEMBER 31 WILL BE TURNED OVER TO MONTGOMERY COUNTY TAX CLAIM FOR COLLECTION.

Payment must be received in the office on or before the payment due dates: 8/31 for discount and 10/31 for face.


Taxes paid after December 15, 2025 must be in the form of a cashier's check or money order. No cash. No exceptions.

Payment must be postmarked by US Postal Service on or before the payment due dates on the bill.

Curbside Drop Box



The secure curbside locked drop box in front of the Tax Office at 1804 Robin Drive, Hatfield PA 19440 is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week until midnight Dec. 31.

Payment must be received in the drop box on or before the payment due dates: 8/31 for discount and 10/31 for face. Payments received after 10/31 are assessed a 7.5% penalty of the face amount.

August 6, 13, 18, 19, 20, 21, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 : 10AM to 5PM

September 3, 10, 17, 24: 10AM to 5PM

October 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, 31: 10AM to 5PM

November 5, 12, 19: 10AM to 5PM

December 3, 10, 15, 17, 22, 31: 10AM to 5PM



Taxes paid after December 15, 2025 must be in the form of a cashier's check or money order.

No cash. No exceptions.



E-checks are not recommended, as they often do not arrive by due dates on the bill. Allow 10 working days for e-checks to reach our office.

ACH payments are not accepted.

Returned checks are assessed a $30 fee payable to
North Penn School District.


If you want a receipt, please include the entire bill and a self-addressed stamped envelope with your payment. If you don't have your tax bill, then you may be charged a $5 bill copy fee, payable to Towamencin Township Tax Collector.



Tax Certification Requests



Tax certifications are limited to the taxes that I collect, which is the real estate taxes levied by the township, the county, and the school district. I do not collect earned income taxes, sewer, or any other form of tax.


If you plan to attach a letter to your email, please use only Adobe PDF files. I do not accept word processor documents (such as Microsoft Word) that are attached to an email.

Submit your request for tax certifications to my email address, by mail, or by courier service. All of these methods are acceptable.


The fee for a tax certification is $25 made payable to Towamencin Township Tax Collector

Checks must be received in advance of providing the tax certification.
